Why I Created DRVegan

After years immersed in the fast-paced tech world, I turned to fitness and clean eating as a grounding force. A lifelong sports lover and science buff, I found plant-based living not only enhanced my physical well-being but aligned with my ethical and environmental values. DRVegan was born from that journey — a place to explore vegan dishes and recipes that nourish both body and mind.
